Egg Replacement Powder

Sometimes it can be difficult cooking vegan and especially baking without eggs. Vegan cooking and baking have made great strides with egg substitute options. This homemade egg replacement powder changed everything! It is by far the best I've used. I came up with this recipe because many of the egg replaces contain nightshades (potato starch). And many people are allergic to nightshades.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 Cups Arrowroot Powder
  • 1 1/2 Cups Tapioca Starch
  • 2/3 Cup Baking Powder
  • 1/3 Cup Baking Soda

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix it all together.

Notes

How To Use:
1/2 Tbsp egg replacement powder and 2 Tbs water = 1 egg
If Baking something you need to rise add an extra Tbsp of Baking Powder.
