Sometimes it can be difficult cooking vegan and especially baking without eggs. Vegan cooking and baking have made great strides with egg substitute options. This homemade egg replacement powder changed everything! It is by far the best I’ve used. I came up with this recipe because many of the egg replaces contain nightshades (potato starch). And many people are allergic to nightshades.
This Egg Powder mix is so incredible I’ve even used it in my french toast mix. Its so hard to tell there is no egg!
This is a great Egg alternative for vegans and anyone with food allergies to egg or nightshades, or with other medical issues such as high cholesterol.
