This Cookie recipe has created new lovers for the crispy or chewy cookie craze. the caramelization of the brown sugar from the molasses, the sweet satisfying pockets of chocolate chips hidden in light cookie dough. It’s not a cookie you will get tired of. In fact, now It’s a staple in my kitchen. finding the hidden cookie jar is a daily game because everyone tries to keep them from being eaten before they get second and third helpings.

I use Hyper allergenic Chocolate chip, Gluten-Free Flour, and my homemade vegan butter so everyone can enjoy them. Try out this recipe and let me know how you liked it!


The Best Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies + Gluten Free

  • 2 1/2 Cups Gluten Free Flour
  • 2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 sticks Vegan butter (16 Tbsp) melted
  • 3/4 Cup Raw Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 X Egg Replacers
  • 12 ounces Chocolate Chips (or half bag)


  • melt your butter
  • prep your egg replacers
  • preheat oven to 375 digrees
  • add all dry ingredients into a bowl or mixer
  • combine butter, vanilla, and egg replacers
  • make sure to scrape the bottom for hidden dry mix
  • add chocolate chips
  • mix well
  • using a teaspoon or melon ball scooper create dough balls
  • place the dough balls 2 inches apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment or baking silicone
  • this shoul yield about 24 cookies
  • place cookies in oven
  • for soft cookies bake for 10 min or until brown
  • for crunchy cookie bake fo 15-19 min
