The Best Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies + Gluten Free

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 Cups Gluten Free Flour
  • 2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 sticks Vegan butter (16 Tbsp) melted
  • 3/4 Cup Raw Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 X Egg Replacers
  • 12 ounces Chocolate Chips (or half bag)

Instructions
 

  • melt your butter
  • prep your egg replacers
  • preheat oven to 375 digrees
  • add all dry ingredients into a bowl or mixer
  • combine butter, vanilla, and egg replacers
  • make sure to scrape the bottom for hidden dry mix
  • add chocolate chips
  • mix well
  • using a teaspoon or melon ball scooper create dough balls
  • place the dough balls 2 inches apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment or baking silicone
  • this shoul yield about 24 cookies
  • place cookies in oven
  • for soft cookies bake for 10 min or until brown
  • for crunchy cookie bake fo 15-19 min
